TSA announces ProManage will join Australasian project management group

TSA Management (TSA) is excited to announce that South Australian project management consultancy ProManage is joining the TSA Group.

TSA is a growing independent Australasian project management consultancy with offices and clients in Australia and New Zealand. ProManage is an Adelaide-based business with a diverse portfolio of work across a range of sectors in that State.

With ProManage now on-board, TSA establishes a solid base in South Australia and comes on the heels of a recent win and a joint bid with ProManage; a defence project in northern Adelaide.

TSA CEO, Andrew Wilson, said: “TSA is thrilled to have joined forces with ProManage. It’s a win for our clients and our staff as we leverage each other’s strengths and open up new opportunities. ProManage’s knowledge of the South Australian market will be invaluable as we grow together.

“Also, ProManage joining TSA comes as we finalise negotiations with our new Private Equity investment partner. The stars have definitely aligned and we are looking forward to working with both new teams.

“TSA and ProManage are like-minded businesses. We are collaborative in our approaches, provide innovative service offerings and are committed in partnering with our clients to achieve excellent project outcomes.

The three Directors of ProManage, Scott Schiphorst, Josh Smith and Gary Neave have successfully grown the Adelaide based business with plans to continue that growth interstate.

ProManage Managing Director, Gary Neave, on behalf of the Directors, said: “Partnering with TSA is an important and considered move for ProManage. We have already experienced working successfully together and, importantly, existing ProManage clients will benefit as we can now tap into the increased pool of resources and knowledge that is offered across the TSA Group.

“ProManage believes that it is our people that make our business successful. We invest heavily in ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills for the right projects. We now have all the added benefits that come with joining a larger organisation.”

Over the last two years, TSA has had exponential growth – increasing its staff from 200 to about 400. In the same period, the business has also gone from four regional centres to now nine, with offices in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, Tauranga, Canberra and (with ProManage) Adelaide. This adds to the already established offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Newcastle.

TSA works across commercial, aged care, health, education, rail, defence, road and utilities sectors to name just a few. Some of TSA’s projects include Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Transaction Management Services and Cockle Bay (Darling Park) Redevelopment Delivery.

ProManage started in Adelaide in 2014 and have 37 employees working across a diverse industry base. Like TSA, they have a range of government and commercial clients. Key ProManage projects include Sundrop Farms’ horticultural project in port Augusta, the Pirate Life Brewery relocation, Darlington upgrade project for DIT, the Kangaroo Island Reimagine program for DEW, the U City Development for Uniting Communities, Education capital program for DIT.

TSA and ProManage are committed to a measured transition period as we work towards service integration.
