Gary Neave


As a civil engineer, Gary has 30 years of experience in general management and business leadership; program and project management, and infrastructure planning, design and construction. Gary has held significant business leadership / management roles across the public and private sectors in diverse industries and delivered outstanding results by maintaining a strong focus on the development of cohesive teams and building a high performance culture.

Gary has led projects and programs from concept, design and planning, through to construction and completions across the resources, aviation, retail, defence, transport and water/utilities markets; leading strategy, planning, system development and risk analysis to challenge ‘the norm’ and optimise delivery.

He is considered a specialist in tailoring methodology to address complex implementation challenges.

He was awarded Australian Institute of Project Management National Project Director of the Year 2012.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Honours, University of Adelaide, he is a Fellow of Engineers Australia (CPEng), a Member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
